Expect a menu referencing rustic recipes and embracing the kitsch in traditional cooking from Belgium. It’ll be a flexible menu of plates to share, simple food made from fresh, seasonal produce sourced from local suppliers. Chef, Jean Fonsny will be thinking back to his childhood to dig out some old classics, accompanied by a list of low intervention wines to peruse through by the glass and bottle. Reservations can be made via the restaurant – there’ll also be seats in the garden if the weather allows!
