Join us for Dindins

On 9-10 May we will be welcoming Jean Fonsny into the kitchen at Hantverk & Found for Dindins. Expect a menu referencing rustic recipes and embracing the kitsch in traditional cooking from Belgium. It’ll be a flexible menu of plates to share, simple food made from fresh, seasonal produce sourced from local suppliers. Chef, Jean will be thinking back to his childhood to dig out some old classics. These will be accompanied by a list of low intervention wines to peruse by the glass or bottle. Reservations can be made via the usual means – there’ll also be seats in the garden if the weather allows!

After training in nutrition, Jean started his career in Brussels and has spent the last eighteen months in London. After working in places such as The Duke of Cambridge and Moro, visiting his favourite canteens in London and falling in love with the St Michael Cookery Library cookbooks, it became clear to him he wanted to revisit Belgian terroir and give it the glory it deserves: looking at the produce and the tradition.
