Richard Haward’s Rock Oysters w/ traditional accompaniments

Oyster dressed w/ yuzu ponzu, furikake & toasted nori

Oyster w/ house pickled cucumber, lime

House salted hake croquettas w/ piquillo pepper mayo

Wild sea trout, wakame, cucumber & black sesame w/ ponzu

Clams w/ fresh borlotti beans, air dried ham & artichokes

Ensaladilla Rusa w/ MSC Albacore, local vegetables & roast peppers (v)

Local tomatoes, Lord of the Hundreds & herbs (v)

Crab taco w/ chipotle soured cream, radish, tomato & cucumber salsa

Miso & koji mackerel fillets w/ kohlrabi, radish & seaweed salad

½ or whole Margate lobster w/ smoked garlic mayo, locally grown salad & sourdough

Whole roast red mullet w/ potatoes, oregano, tomato & olives

Sweet & sour tomato & potato rasam w/ coriander naan & red onion relish (v)

Plaice fillet w/ samphire & crab

Pan-roast hake w/ clams, chickpeas, chorizo & fino
