I told you there was something in the air by Jessica Jordan-Wrench is the second of our shows forming part of the offsite programme for Turner Contemporary’s major exhibition Journeys with ‘The Waste Land’, which explores the significance of T.S. Eliot’s poem The Waste Land through the visual arts.
This show by Jessica Jordan-Wrench with dotdash is an immersive installation about static. Featuring road trips, radios and mirror balls, splintered voice and blistered paint. dotdash are a noisy performance company based in Margate. They frequently work outside of traditional theatre settings and across
artistic disciplines, cross-pollinating theatre with music, installation and live art. Made with kind support from Open School East.
