MSC prawns and scallops dipped in yuzu powder and fried in crispy panko on top of a bed of house ramen with beni shoga ginger, greens, onsen egg, nori, sesame and shoyu-yuzu broth. This is only available as a hot item as the seafood is cooked to order, but we can serve the broth in a separate container to pour over when you get home.
